I found my coaching sessions with Andrew extremely valuable for the achievement of both my short-term and long-term goals. During each session Andrew asked some thought provoking questions that allowed me to address any issues I had in a logical manner. Prior to Andrew’s coaching, I had not fully recognised all my pre-existing strengths, which I could use to my advantage in the future. I learnt that I am mentally stronger than I had previously thought and that certain values, which I had not before considered, are in fact incredibly important to me. This process ultimately helped me gain more perspective for an upcoming doctoral exam, as well as for many other aspects in my life. Andrew introduced me to several useful techniques through his coaching, which will enable me to push forward in my professional career and personal life.
