Positivity through and through. The coaching sessions with Andrew gave me the motivation I needed to make lifestyle changes. I learnt how to take a big goal and break it down into smaller achievable ones to allow myself to focus on one thing at a time. I tend to focus on the negatives and Andrew really helped me to explore the positive achievements I had made. .
I’m so glad I decided to have coaching as I wouldn’t have achieved half of the things I have, and I found it so valuable to have someone to check in with and share my achievements at each session. The experience has made me learn a lot about myself as a person and I got so much more from the sessions than I was expecting.
